In Fersped we have specialized on rail transport of building materials. For certain types of goods for which special wagons are needed, we have leased a large number of wagons for our business partners.

We organize rail transport and unloading of stone aggregates in the industrial zone Črnuče for the company SCT d.d. In year 2009 we have transferred 319.000 tons of stone aggregates from various places around Slovenia to Črnuče.














For the company SALONIT Anhovo d.d. we transport cement as bulk cargo in railway cisterns from Anhovo to Ljubljana, where we have two silos with a total capacity of 1.000 tons. From there we deliver the cement in truck cisterns to end consumers in the area of central Slovenia. This improves the delivery times and at the same time it helps to protect the environment, because it heavily reduces road traffic. In the year 2009 we have transported 164.000 tons of cement.

Besides that we conduct rail transports of isolation materials from Slovenia to the countries of former Yugoslavia, Bulgaria and Romania.
